The inventory is showing 0 on Tastermonial but I thought Syncio keeps track of my inventory from my Shopify. Why is that?

The inventory is showing 0 on Tastermonial but I thought Syncio keeps track of my inventory from my Shopify. Why is that?
  • There could be three possibilities. If you changed a SKU reference, the sync will be lost and we must acquire the new SKU and remap the listings. Second, you can try to reassign the inventory location on Syncio. Please refer here for instructions. If that does not work or if you use another app in your Shopify to manage your inventory, it will not transfer over to Tastermonial.  You therefore must maintain the inventory manually in your Tastermonial Vendor’s Portal. Either way, please email brands@tastermonial.com.
If you have Shopify and make any changes to your listing such as changing SKU or inventory location, please let us know!
